REFUND POLICY

Thank you for choosing Hydrocarbon for your purchase. Please review our 30-day return policy, which outlines the procedures and conditions for returning items:

  1. Initiating a Return:

    • You have 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
    • If you opt for a return instead of a free replacement, a 10% re-stocking fee and applicable shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.
    • Before returning the order, please contact us at Hydrocarbon.ca@gmail.com or call us at 418-255-0862. Any returns without prior notification will be rejected.

  2. Eligibility Criteria:

    • To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition, uninstalled, and include all original boxes and packaging materials.
    • Please note that if parts are not properly packaged and are damaged during return shipping, the customer is responsible for the damage. Claims for improperly packaged parts will not be accepted by the shipping agent.

  3. Initiating the Return Process:

    • If your return is accepted, we will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the package.
    • Items sent back without prior return request will not be accepted.

  4. Damages and Issues:

    • Inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

  5. Exceptions:

    • Returns are not accepted for sale items or gift cards.

  6. Exchange:

    • For a faster resolution, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

  7. Refunds:

    • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.
    • If approved, a refund will be automatically processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
    • Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
