Returns
We accept return requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
* Be unused and uninstalled
* Be in original condition
* Include original packaging, hardware, and accessories

Return Fees
For approved returns:
* A 10% restocking fee may apply.
* Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
* Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible with photos so we can assist you.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:
* Installed or used products
* Items damaged due to installation or misuse
* Sale items
* Gift cards
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
